How Our EvenPay Budget Plan Propane Financing Works:
- Our EvenPay Budget Plan runs for a twelve (12) month period. For your convenience, our EvenPay Budget Plan automatically renews. Should you wish to cancel your Plan at any time, simply email or send written notice to our office prior to the expiration date.
- Your monthly payment will be based on your estimated fuel consumption and projected fuel costs for the year.
- Your total projected fuel costs will be divided into 12 equal payments.
- After each delivery, we will email an invoice the following business day. Because you are on a monthly payment plan, this if for your records only; no payment is required at this time.
- Each month you will receive an emailed statement detailing the status of your account. Your monthly payment will be set up on auto pay from your debit or credit card on the 25th of each month.
- After each service, we will email you an invoice the following business day.
- Your EvenPay Budget Plan payment will be reviewed periodically to reconcile payments made to date with the actual fuel costs.
