Automatic Fill Agreement

The undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein for the purpose of automatic propane deliveries and charge account status with Greens Blue Flame Gas Co. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “GBF”) at the property address listed below. Customer agrees to allow (GBF) access to the propane tank during normal business hours at the sole discretion of GBF, to perform the following duties including but not limited to deliveries and maintenance to the propane system, taking possession of the equipment pledged as collateral, service work and to/or to disconnect and reconnect the gas supply.

Terms

All charges must be paid in full within 20 days from the date of service or delivery. Unpaid balances beyond the 20-day period could result in a gas disconnect and/or other remedies available to GBF. No prior notice will be given before a gas disconnect. A service fee will be charged to reconnect the gas system in such an event.

Propane Deliveries

Propane deliveries will be made on an automatic delivery schedule. Your account balance must be current and the delivery driver must have access to the propane tank to maintain automatic fill status. Customer agrees to notify (GBF) in the event that the tank gauge reaches 20 percent of the remaining tank capacity.
